Returns and Refunds

At Racks & Blocks, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide an unboxing video for us to process your return. Without this, returns cannot be entertained.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong Model/Product: If you received the wrong product or model, let us know, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Manufacturing Defects: We conduct complete quality testing before dispatching every product. However, if you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please provide sufficient proof (e.g., images/videos). If the defect is validated, we will honor a free exchange.

3. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects or Issues on Our Part: If the product has a defect or issue caused by us, you can return it for a full refund via UPI after a quality check.
  • Other Reasons: If you don’t like the item or have any other reason, you can request an exchange by bearing the shipping cost of the product.

Refunds are processed and credited within 3 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact us at racksandblocks@gmail.com with your order details (order number, product name, etc.) and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.
  3. Self-Shipment (if required): If your pincode is unserviceable or the pickup fails, you’ll need to self-ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

5. Important Notes

  • Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is mandatory for all returns. Without it, we cannot process your return request.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons (e.g., if you don’t like the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Quality Check: All returned items undergo a quality check. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item passes this check.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without the original packaging or tags.
  • Products without an unboxing video or proof of purchase.
